As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission.
You’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening Deeploy’s partnership network across Europe. You’ll work closely with the founding team to develop strategic partnerships, foster collaboration, and drive AI Governance adoption through technical and consultancy partners.
You’ll build strong relationships with partners, enable them to succeed through programs, training, and co-selling opportunities, and ensure they’re equipped to help our shared customers realize the full value of Deeploy. By understanding and translating partner needs—both technical and strategic—you’ll create impactful collaborations that deliver results.

Identify and sign new Partnerships: Identify, sign, and expand partnerships to drive AI Governance adoption alongside Deeploy.
Build and Grow Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with both technical partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, IBM, Dell, Taktile) and consultancy partners (e.g., Carve, Deloitte, Considerati) across Europe.
Translate Partner Needs into Value: Discover and align partner needs and processes to create partnerships that deliver value to customers while enabling scalable growth for Deeploy. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with partners and customers across Europe.
Enable Co-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate closely with partners on co-sell opportunities, supporting joint initiatives and driving new deals to expand market reach.
Scale Expertise Across Teams: Create reusable content, best practices, and tools to scale partnership knowledge and enhance efficiency across the sales and partnership functions.
Partnership Experience: You have at least 3 years of commercial experience building partnerships for data and infrastructure-heavy products, ideally at a start-up or scale-up.
Technical Understanding: You possess a solid understanding of data infrastructure and AI, enabling collaboration with technical stakeholders like engineers and solution architects.
Industry Expertise: You have domain knowledge and a network in European regulated industries, such as financial services (e.g., banking, insurance) or public markets (e.g., government, semi-government, healthcare).
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English.
Knowledge of Responsible AI: Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including transparency, explainability, and compliance frameworks.
Start-Up Experience: Hands-on experience working in start-ups or fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt and thrive in evolving scenarios.
Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges, paired with excellent presentation abilities to communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
