Employee Relations Partner
Google DeepMind is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to manage employee relations for the East Coast and Canada, upholding company values and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.

Responsibilities
- Manage and partner on key People processes including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Assess and document local best practices for employee relations.
- Advise on general employee relations queries and issues.
- Review ER cases to identify root causes and partner on solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to P&C Partners and managers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
