Private Cloud Consultant

As a Private Cloud Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing private cloud solutions primarily using VMware technologies. This includes architecting infrastructures, integrating VMware products with existing IT systems, and ensuring seamless operational management for our clients.

Candidates for the Private Cloud Consultant position should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in private cloud environments, especially with VMware technologies. Certifications such as VCP-DCV or VCAP-DCV are highly preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key skills for a Private Cloud Consultant include extensive experience with VMware vSphere and VCD, knowledge of networking and storage solutions, and proficiency in automation tools such as PowerCLI. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and scripting languages is also a plus.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly. Your communication skills will be vital as you serve as a point of escalation for issues, ensuring that client expectations are managed and solutions are delivered effectively.
