Database Escalation Engineer - EMEA Remote
Degreed, the upskilling platform, is seeking a Database Escalation Engineer to address client technical needs and issues in a remote setting.
Skills
- 4+ years supporting clients technical needs
- Proficiency in SQL, troubleshooting, and stored procedures
- Experience with FTP, APIs, webhooks, CSV, JSON, XML
- Working knowledge of App to App Integrations and ETL processes
- Ability to interpret log files and browser dev tools
- Experience with snowflake data warehouse and Azure cloud
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client experience, support, product, and engineering teams
- Investigate, troubleshoot, debug, and solve critical technical issues
- Automate troubleshooting using scripting languages like SQL and PowerShell
- Resolve data issues and construct complex reports using SQL
- Provide excellent technical support and maintain client relationships
