Technical Support Specialist - US Remote

Degreed is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Client Experience (CX) team. The role involves providing technical support to Degreed clients and their end-users to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Skills

Proficiency in English and French
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat platforms
Track and document technical issues
Support client questions and issues by researching and implementing solutions
Stay current with product updates and best practices
Assist in onboarding new team members
Work rotating weekend shifts as needed
