This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 2 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
Business Resource Groups Support

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Knowledge of SharePoint applications
Create SharePoint automation workflows for all BRG functions
Maintain SLA visibility on all BRG automated workflows and send follow up email requests
Provide support to BRG Director including scheduling meetings, sending mass emails to members, daily connect on current and upcoming initiatives, and other BRG or ID&E delegated tasks
Work with IT to troubleshoot SharePoint issues promptly
Maintains current site information for BRGs
Tracks heritage month attendance for National events and provides report to BRG Director
Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity.

Assists in defining TIAA’s BRG strategy and product roadmap to deliver on the company's vision, mission, business strategies, and business goals.

Able to support cross-functional collaboration to understand and deliver on BRG initiatives, document decisions, track and follow up with budget, timelines, and scope.

Support BRG Leads with understanding and communicating product gaps, opportunities, and successes.

Partner with analytic teams to understand and report on data, partnering to in A/B tests, monitor results, and make recommendations to BRG Lead

Able to transform complex data/metrics and outcomes into visual representations.

Able partner with BRG lead to document and communicate business scope, use cases and functional requirements.

Able to understand end to end journey mapping, assess efficiency and effectiveness, and offer recommendations for process improvements.

Create SharePoint automation workflows for all BRG functions; maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity.

Serves as a SME to assist BRG’s with tool used to manage and sign up for events, keep track of attendance, and automatically sends out reminders and follow-up emails for event.

Supports BRG to support heritage month activates and provides updates and report to BRG Lead.

Monitors and response to email via BRG mailbox.

Creates and publishes updates for BRG newsletter; owns process for collecting updates, writes updates, tracks open/read rates, offer recommendation for improvements.

Schedules Meetings and assists with event planning, scheduling, coordination.

Base Pay Range: $55.81/hr. - $64.71/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
