The impact of the role:

As an Analyst at Moro Tech and as a member of our Strategy Department,  you will play a key role in driving the success of our business initiatives by turning data into actionable insights. Your work will support cross-functional teams and guide decision-making across the organization. By delivering accurate analysis, visualizations, and financial insights, you will directly contribute to the development of strategic proposals and help shape the direction of key projects. In this role, your analytical expertise will ensure that our initiatives are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals for growth and innovation.

On a given day as an Analyst you will:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports, data visualizations, and financial analyses to support decision-making and proposal development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and ensure data-driven approaches are integrated into planning.
• Assist in project management, including planning, tracking, and facilitating key milestones to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Support the development of strategic recommendations by providing analytical insights and contributing to the overall business strategy.
• Continuously monitor market and industry trends, keeping stakeholders informed of relevant developments and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear and accurate performance metrics to leadership.

Who are we looking for? 

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or business analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and familiarity with financial reporting techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with accountability & ownership. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
