Responsibilities
- Provide support to applicants and riders over the phone and by email
- Maintain high productivity and quality while meeting targets
- Escalate issues with proposed solutions
- Help with a range of admin tasks
- Identify trends of fraudulent behaviour
- Support colleagues with escalated queries
Education
- University degree or equivalent experience preferred
