The Role
As a QSR Lead at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our top QSR partners. You will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo, leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers.
As a QSR Lead, you will be responsible for:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management and/or business development.
Proven experience in people management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Must be fluent in English.
