We are on the lookout for a Mid Level, System Administrator (ETS) to join the IT Service Delivery team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This role focuses on managing IT services, resolving complex technical issues for our end users, and supporting video/audio conferencing technologies for onsite and remote events.
In This Role, You Will:
IT Systems Management: Manage and optimize MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF) and platforms like Azure, Slack, and Google Workspace, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
Endpoint Security: Ensure endpoint security, device compliance, and seamless integration across IT systems.
Operations & Documentation: Oversee software deployment, access management, IT asset tracking, and maintain detailed system documentation.
Video & Conferencing Technology: Manage video/audio systems, troubleshoot issues with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, and optimize system performance for events.
Mentorship: Mentor junior administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Project Leadership: Lead small IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT services with organizational goals.
Proven experience managing endpoints and enhancing end-user experience.
Strong expertise in software deployments, MDM solutions, and endpoint security.
In-depth knowledge of video/audio conferencing platforms, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for a variety of IT challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
Minimum 3–5 years in system administration, focusing on video conferencing and IT service management.
Nice to Have:
Certification or experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks.
CompTIA A+
Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and identity management systems (e.g., Okta)
Knowledge and experience of automation and scripting
