Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. Responsibilities may include:• Support strategic initiatives and projects, playing an active role in project plans, slide deck creation, and operational efforts• Execute the Consulting Faculty Program (CFP) to allow for the successful support and alignment of practioners to facilitate cross-consulting programs, including periodic reporting on program metrics, impact and opportunities as well as serving as a liaison with Deloitte Leadership & Human Potential on Internal Faculty Training (IFT) needs• Assist with the ongoing efforts of the LearningHub, including monthly metrics and reporting• Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality• Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problemsQualifications Required• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience supporting strategic initiatives and projects, slide deck creation, and operations• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future• Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred• Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial• Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferredInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.htmlThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
