Responsibilities may include:• Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality• Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte• Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problemsThe Successful Candidate Will Possess:• Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment• Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution• Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience, a plus• Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial• Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferredQualificationsRequired• Bachelor's Degree• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future• Minimum 6 years of related professional experiencePreferred• Demonstrated project and program management experience:organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track• Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables• In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends• In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks• In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources• In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version controlThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
