About the position:

As Stampli’s Demand Generation Manager, you will play a key role in helping Stampli direct and optimize spend to achieve our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns that generate, capture, and nurture leads across channels, collaborating closely with the broader Marketing team and our Sales function. You will report directly to our Head of Demand Generation.


This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View, CA office, with 2 days per week in-office.


Requirements:

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute journeys that bring prospects and customers from awareness to purchase to advocacy, optimizing for return on investment
  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance against relevant KPIs
  • Segment lists and messaging for targeting based on our priority segments/verticals
  • Create and optimize our nurture programs to improve pipeline conversion rates
  • Ensure that our creative process is unique, engaging, and impactful
  • Implement and manage social media strategy, publish new content (including original text, images, video, etc.) daily to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness, and encourage community engagement
  • Strategize, identify, and grow new inbound marketing channels
  • Work closely with Marketing Leadership to help prioritize new avenues for strategic growth and take Stampli to the next level
  • Work cross-functionally with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to optimize inbound funnels
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis


What you will have:

  • 5+ years demand gen experience for B2B SaaS companies
  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing and lead generation
  • Understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring, and attribution
  • Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and lookalike campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn advertising and other common tools in a B2B marketing tech stack
  • Preferred software experience: 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Terminus, Apollo
  • Analytical, metrics-driven, system-building mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into compelling messaging and campaigns
  • Resourceful and able to excel with minimal direction
  • Highly collaborative


You will get:

  • The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
