Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Medical Front Desk-Patient Engagement Specialist II at Denova Collaborative Health LLC? In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering our innovative medical facility. Your main focus will be on ensuring a smooth patient intake experience, whether it's in person or through virtual settings. You'll take pride in welcoming and scheduling patients, providing exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their healthcare journey. Every day, you'll answer phone calls promptly, schedule appointments, and ensure that all critical patient information is accurately captured in our electronic medical record system. Handling financial transactions like co-payments and deductibles will be part of your responsibilities, along with performing document scanning on the same day they're received. You’ll also be instrumental in meeting department metrics and preparing reports that track our performance. What makes this role special is the chance to engage with patients empathetically and compassionately. You’ll need at least a GED or high school diploma, and while a Medical Assistant certification is preferred, what matters most is your genuine commitment to patient care.
