Posted on May 17, 2024Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Clients & Markets Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Head of Clients & Markets and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clients & Markets and other departments within the Firm to assist with activities that support the Firm’s strategic initiatives internally and externally. Activities will include but not be limited to internal events, communications, research, social media, content development, pitches and special projects as needed.This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to explore a career in legal marketing through real world, hands-on experience. The Client’s & Markets Coordinator will learn and execute on best practices designed to build relationships and raise the Firm’s profile in the US market. As well as develop a keen sense of the role Clients & Markets plays in building relationships that drive profitability and be an active contributor in business development activities.Responsibilities• Assist with the execution of all types of internal and external virtual and/or in-person events including intimate client programs, webinars, dinners, sponsorships, retreats and office-specific events, among others.• Help manage and maintain client databases.• Independently execute on research projects, as assigned.• Use the Firm's CRM tool (InterAction) to ensure lists are updated and event attendance is tracked.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop KPIs and measure ROI for events, marketing collateral materials, etc.• Assist with social media content development and posting.• Aid in the drafting of marketing communications materials including website copy, brochures, internal newsletters, external reports and other marketing collateral pieces.• Support the Head of Clients and Markets in preparing presentations for internal meetings, scheduling and other marketing related activities as assigned.• Duties may be ad hoc or ongoing in nature.• Other duties as needed to fully meet the requirements of the position.Experience & Qualifications• 1 – 2 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably within a professional services environment.• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.• Must have strong written/verbal communication skills and be able to work well with lawyers and other professionals within the Firm.• Ideal candidate will possess diplomacy, enthusiasm, and perseverance.• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.• High degree of discretion and independent judgment.• Flexibility to work overtime including weekends, as needed• Light travel may be necessary.New York ONLY- $50,000-$60,000 DOEDentons offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.Dentons US LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans.
