As a Department Coordinator, you’ll support the Strategy & Insights Group to provide customer service. You’ll develop close relationships and accrue deep knowledge of the business and their preferences. This exposure and development will make you a valuable asset throughout your career path. - Project Management and coordination with media planning agencies to develop and maintain a study tracker
- Database management and maintenance
- Receive and screen calls, incoming mail, and answer inquiries
- Maintain calendar, set appointments & travel, and organize on and off campus events
- Handle requests for payments, work orders, supplies, and manage office space
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and assessments for internal/external use
- Perform a broad range of complex project responsibilities involving confidential or technical information, such as compiling reports, information searches, landscape analyses, and competitive profiling
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: providing executive support or collecting and analyzing data
- 1+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Other
- Experience in Microsoft Teams and Power Apps is preferred
