Skills
Experience in field service and technical background
Knowledge of 3D printing or advanced manufacturing
Ability to read mechanical and engineering diagrams and schematics
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Proficiency in computer usage
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of customer machines and related equipment
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems on-site
Install products, test, and configure machines at customer locations
Identify training requirements for field engineers and provide customer training
Diagnose problems, develop repair plans, and order components as needed
Education
Technical degree preferred
BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
