Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of customer machines and equipment
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Travel to customer locations for troubleshooting
Diagnose and develop repair plans
Install and test products on-site
Order components and perform replacements
Train customers on machine operation
Identify and report technical problems to enhance system reliability
Education
Technical degree preferred
BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
