Responsibilities

• Drive a sales team to achieve quarterly sales performance
• Secure new orders, negotiate pricing, delivery, and related matters
• Create sales forecasts, establish sales objectives, and maintain sales volume
• Maintain sales staff, recruit, train employees, and monitor job results
• Generate accurate Account and Opportunity plans, maintain customer relationships, and provide customer feedback to internal teams
• Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, represent Desktop Metal, and network with potential customers
