Responsibilities
Drive a sales team to achieve quarterly sales performance
Secure new orders, negotiate pricing, delivery, and related matters
Create sales forecasts, establish sales objectives, and maintain sales volume
Maintain sales staff, recruit, train employees, and monitor job results
Generate accurate Account and Opportunity plans, maintain customer relationships, and provide customer feedback to internal teams
Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, represent Desktop Metal, and network with potential customers
