Desktop Support Analyst

Overview:
National Debt Relief is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, the Desktop Support analyst’s primary role is to support, maintain and help improve our infrastructure ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The Desktop Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for National Debt Relief’s end user population supporting the staff on a variety of desktop initiatives and projects.

The candidate must be team oriented, customer service driven, with the ability to work under pressure with minor supervision. This is a growing fast-paced environment.

This is a fully remote position. After an initial remote training period (4 weeks, Mon-Fri 11am-8pm), the shift will then change to 11am to 8pm, PST.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support to over 2,000 employees in the US, the Dominican Republic, Ukraine, and the Philippines
  • Conduct password resets and unlock users’ accounts
  • Process Onboarding, Offboarding, and employees’ change requests
  • Assist users by conducting initial troubleshooting issues related to hardware, O365, Adobe CC, Salesforce, Twilio Flex, AWS Workspaces, Zoom, Chrome, and other systems related issues
  • Perform ticket escalations to Product & Dev, desktop engineering, InfoSec, and Infrastructure
  • Maintain end users accounts, distribution lists, security groups, organizational units, and shared mailboxes through Active Directory and O365 admin portal
  • Deploy computer images per organization standard
  • Maintain asset inventory of assigned and in stock equipment
  • Process and inventory tracking of return equipment from remote employees
  • Support audio onsite visual technologies in shared conference rooms and personal offices
  • Help create and maintain knowledgebase documentation
  • Work on special tasks and participate in projects as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or end user support position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent experience
  • Technical certifications, such as A+, Network +, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Proven experience supporting a large environment compose of Windows 10 and Mac OSX
  • Prior working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, Zoom, Adobe CC, Active Directory, O365 admin, Azure, Remote user support, Prior use of ticketing/IT Service Management systems
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work nights or weekends when needed for coverage or special projects
  • Zendesk, AWS Workspaces experience, Salesforce support experience, Twilio Flex softphone support experience – a plus

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $72K - $93.5K.
