Description:

This client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to replace a team member who moved on.

Maintained PC integrity and software packaging with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for 2,000 users on the WAN

? Perform PC deployments following yearly lifecycle scheduling

? Serve as primary support for a data center

? Manage Adobe Acrobat Version upgrade throughout State agencies

? Use best security practices by co-managing the Symantec Endpoint Protection environment

? Member of deployment team for laptop encryption project

? Perform level 1 Helpdesk fill-in when necessary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year of experience providing desktop support to an enterprise environment consisting of Windows 10 IBM workstations, lenovo laptops, MS Office 2016 / O365, Adobe Reader, Acrobat, Symantec antivirus software and SCCM. Excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic and clean attendance/work history is required.
