In this role, we are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Onboarding Product Owner to lead and manage the onboarding processes within our ServiceNow HRSD module. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for new hires through effective design and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance employee onboarding experiences.What are we looking for?· Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role managing HR digital platforms.· Strong expertise with ServiceNow HRSD Onboarding.· Deep understanding of onboarding workflows, HR processes, and service delivery models.· Experience in defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.· Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to align diverse perspectives.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.· Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.· Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.What will be your main responsibilities?· Define and maintain the product roadmap for the ServiceNow HRSD Onboarding module.· Collaborate with HR, IT, and others to identify and prioritize onboarding requirements.· Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals· Manage product backlog and prioritize work based on strategy and user feedback.· Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in collaboration with Agile teams.· Provide thought leadership on best practices for onboarding and HR service delivery.· Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related queries and initiatives.· Monitor onboarding performance metrics and feedback to drive improvements.· Ensure delivery of high-quality onboarding solutions by overseeing development, testing, and implementation.Key requirements· Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, particularly in the context of onboarding.· Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment and working with development teams.· Comfortable operating in a large complex global organization.· Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely across different levels of the organization.· Understand user needs and translate them into valuable product features.· Lead by example, inspire teams, and create a motivating environment to deliver.· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (including time zone conflicts).Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00• Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)Workplace TypeThis is a fully remote position.Application DeadlineThis position will be accepting applications until Dec 18, 2024.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
