  • 1-2 + years of steady state Desktop Support experience. The Client is looking for more Desktop Support than the previous Desktop Support Technicians who Interviewed.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 and printer issues. In addition, experience re-imaging computers. 8x8 Console Support would be a plus.
  • Excellent Interpersonal/Customer Service skills.

Additional Information

This individual will be providing Technical Support for 6,200 End Users on site and at 110 locations across the nation. They will provide Desktop Support over the Phone and in person. The company uses Manage Engine for Ticketing – any Ticket System experience (ServiceNow, etc.) will work. The right fit will have a “white glove” support mentality. Any ITSM and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus. The opportunity to grow within the organization is tremendous. The company is acquiring other companies at a very rapid rate. A high first call resolution is expected.
