Description:The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing Company's membership. The Sales Specialist utilizes their expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs. This driven individual meets and exceeds their sales goals while being compliant to ensure the best overall experience for our future members.Day to day responsibilitiesBefore AEP, the day will be broken into inbound and outbound calls. Outbound will be more leads based and already people that are members. So it's less of a cold call. Most of these calls will be warm calls. There is a script that they can work off of but also have the ability to deviate from it if need be. Inbound calls will be either health plan calls, the system will announce it prior to them taking the calls. They support Medicare, IFP, Medicaid lines. They will start on Medicare plans first, then to Medicaid plans, then to Individual Family Plan.Skills:Inside Sale, Health insurance, MN Health, Sales, Call CenterTop Skills Details:Inside Sale,Health insurance,MN Health,Sales,Call CenterAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma / GEDPreferred bachelor degree or1 to 3 years of inside sales or brokerage experience in a health insurance environmentActive MN health license or ability to obtain.
