Desktop Support Technician

• Cross-platform operating system (Win/Mac) knowledge
• General knowledge of computer hardware
• Familiarity with document review tools such as Relativity or Ringtail
• Understanding of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and associated workflows
• Strong attention to detail Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to communicate clearly and interface diplomatically with all personnel
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instruction, complete assignments in a timely manner, and work cohesively within a team environment
• Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour

Experience:

• Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM): 2 years (Preferred)
• forensics and e-discovery: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA A+ (Required)
