DevOps/IT/InfoSec Sr Manager

What you'll be doing:

Own custom tooling and services for our users to interact with our DevOps infrastructure, and work with our stakeholders to improve them
Maintain the Hum’s security process, and infrastructure, including creation and review of Security Engineering standards, guidelines, and operating procedures
Meet published SLA's relative to the provisioning and support of security operations and security incident response activities
Own services of test infrastructure systems such as databases, APIs, and distributed applications through the use of data and metrics such as SLOs and error budgets
Support engineering projects through activities such as resource management, project management, capacity planning, and general application lifecycle management
Collaborate with team members, across business units, and across multiple time zones to create high quality customer outcomes
Coach, mentor, and help with career development of team members

What you'll bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with speaking in a group setting
Extensive professional experience with advanced information IT and security systems, including TCP/IP networking, scripting, and incident handling
Strong grasp of cloud platforms and associated security concerns and controls
Experience managing cyber security solutions and teams in a large multinational enterprise
Ability to act in an advisory capacity to multiple constituencies
Expert understanding of security concepts, technologies, controls, and best practices
Working knowledge of information security frameworks such as SOC1/2
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code / Automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with containers and container orchestration systems such as Docker and/or Kubernetes
Experience with system design and scaling software applications
Experience with monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Sentry to comprehend service health and create dashboards
