It governs how Diageo, and any third parties we work with, must operate.The Manager, Marketing Compliance will support Diageo's commitment to responsible marketing. Responsibilities will include:• Reviewing Diageo North America (DNA) marketing content to ensure DMC compliance• Leading trainings on the DMC for new and continuing DNA employees and agencies• Developing DMC educational resources• Advising marketers on the DMC as they develop marketing content• Innovate new programming to reinforce Diageo's responsible marketing cultureThe position is part of the DNA Corporate Relations team and works closely with the Marketing and Legal teams.Experience:• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.• The Marketing Compliance Manager will have compliance experience as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills and excellent organizational skills.• Ideally, they will have passion for and understanding of corporate social responsibility, marketing, and reputation management.
