Skills
Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner
Technical troubleshooting skills and client relationship management
Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide a gold standard experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders
Work with the wider Operations team to enable gold standard experiences across teams
Foster long-term user relationships and loyalty to Dialpad
Contribute to enhancing support offerings and developing user-facing content
Serve as a subject matter expert in Dialpad solutions at client sites
Lead user-facing meetings and collaborate on support offering design
