Pros

I'm coming up on 1 year here at Dialpad and have nothing but good to say about the company. The people are friendly, the work is tough but flexibility is emphasized outside of the sales team all around the world. I couldn't be in a more comfortable job to develop myself as an employee!

Cons

None that I can think of, but we are actively looking for ways to make Dialpad more diverse. Excited to see what comes out of that
