Apply via Dice today!DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on executing email campaigns and working closely with clients to ensure the effectiveness of these campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Execute email campaigns and ensure all necessary information is includedReview client-submitted email requests and make recommendations based on best practices and data from test resultsOversee the test and revision process, working directly with the design team and clients, to ensure all requested edits are made before scheduling emails for deploymentPerform quality assurance on email campaigns assigned to other specialistsManipulate data, including writing queries to extract and segment data for audiences and complex testing scenariosSupport ongoing optimization initiatives, which may include A/B testing, monthly reporting, insights, and automated campaignsCollaborate with the design team and clients to ensure effective campaign planning and executionUtilize HTML/CSS for email marketing, and ensure best practices are followedUse Google Analytics to provide insights and monthly reportingUtilize Salesforce Platform for customer relationship management and campaign planning.RequirementsProficient in the use of Email Marketing tools and strategies.Comprehensive understanding and application of HTML and CSS.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and data interpretation.Demonstrable experience in AB Testing and Campaign Planning.Ability to perform Quality Assurance tasks and create Test Scenarios.Proficient in Data Manipulation Language.Familiarity with Salesforce Platform.Skilled in using optimization techniques for email campaigns.Proven experience in scheduling and deploying emails.Excellent skills in project management.Knowledge of current best practices in email marketing.Experience in the creation and revision of email campaigns.Ability to provide workstation support and handle queries.Proficient in monthly reporting and reviewing performance metrics.Experience with design controls in the context of email marketing.Innovation starts with people.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
