This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and support to users.Key Responsibilities:• System Configuration: Configure and maintain the Gainsight platform, including setting up reports, dashboards, and workflows.• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing key metrics and data sources.• Business Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.• User Training and Support: Train team members on best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user activity, making recommendations for improvements and adopting new features.• Technical Integration: Integrate Gainsight with other systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes.Qualifications:• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Gainsight Administrator or similar role.• Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.• Proficiency in data management and analysis.• Excellent communication and training skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Thanks,Raleigh DavidGainsight Adminstrator
