This is a multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on numerous diverse responsibilities and will necessitate close partnership with senior business and technology managers.Job Title: IT Program ManagerContract: 12 MonthsLocation: Jersey City, NJThis individual will:• Have direct delivery responsibility for their projects (i.e. end to end ownership of the program)• Have oversight of all projects within the program and be responsible for recognizing when individual projects may be off track• Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) and proactively manage/reporting RAIDs.• Review and/or publish the weekly status report for the program• Consistently meet with project managers to understand progress and issues across projects and provide support as necessary• Be responsible for weekly status reporting and preparing materials to present to stakeholdersRequirements:• Computer Engineering/Financial Degree• Experience with Agile methodologies.• Experience with VaR, Risk Analytics would be a definite advantage• Exposure to financial / product control functions within a bank.• Exposure to Program Project Risk Tool (PPRT)EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
