Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.Minimum Salary - 120KMaximum Salary - 140KJob Summary:Perform research and analysis to assess current risks. Conduct assessment to identify gaps in risk management knowledge and skills and develop and deliver training to address the identified gaps.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate to review and assess the current risk management processes and practices.• Gather accurate data, maintain records of all transactions, evaluate the data through various processes, and develop new strategies to identify and mitigate risks.• Produce reports through graphs and charts, preparing presentations, answering inquiries and concerns, while adhering to the government's policies and regulations.• Conduct a training needs assessment to identify gaps in risk management knowledge and skills.• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the workforce's risk management capabilities.• Create a risk management competency framework and career development plan.• Other duties as assigned.• * Min of 5 yrs of experience with analytical software evaluating current risk management processes and practices, developing, and implementing new risk management strategies, conducting ERM training, and developing tailored ERM maturity models• Experience with PowerPoint, VBA, and GAAP• Ability to create and administer training assessments for gaps• Ability to develop and deliver train to address the gapsCertifications that would be useful include PMP, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM• Working knowledge of applicable Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) laws and guidance (e.g., OMB, GAO, FMFIA, GPRA).• of 5 years of experience working directly with small to medium governmental agencies.Benefits:• Employer Paid Medical Insurance• Dental and Vision Insurance• 401k• PTO• Tuition ReimbursementPhysical Requirements:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
