Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Android development, with expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio, and Git. Prior experience working with Capital One or a strong banking background will be given preference.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of Android applications.• Utilize Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to build responsive, scalable, and robust mobile applications.• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.• Implement Server Driven UI for dynamic user interfaces.• Use Git for version control and continuous integration.Required Skills:• Kotlin expertise for Android app development.• Strong understanding of Jetpack Compose for building modern UI components.• Proficiency in Android Studio development environment.• Experience with Git for source code management.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Knowledge of Server Driven UI for flexible app interfaces.Preferred:• Previous Capital One experience.• Experience in the Banking sector.
