Below is the job description for your reference.2 plus years of client service or related (large/enterprise) business experience. Excellent client facing/customer services skills• Experienced in project management or coordination (a plus if they have done implementation work)• 2 plus years with client authentication tools• Knowledge and understanding of database provisioning baselines and standards• 1 plus year of Gateway Enterprise Channels with technologies (i.e. SDK's, API's) (plus, not required)• Knowledge and understanding online documentation - take iniaitive to use documentation to find answers and solve problems• Experience overseeing escalated technical troubleshooting and complex analysis efforts for prompt recovery of major issues (i.e. server logs to investigate customer-reported issues)• Splunk Certification• ???????• 2 plus years of client service or related (large/enterprise) business experience• 2 plus years with client authentication tools• Knowledge and understanding of database provisioning baselines and standards• 1 plus year of Gateway Enterprise Channels with technologies (i.e. SDK's, API's)• Knowledge and understanding of technical writing: online documentation• Experience overseeing escalated technical troubleshooting and complex analysis efforts for prompt recovery of major issues (i.e. server logs to investigate customer-reported issues)• Splunk CertificationPay Range: $25 - $30
