Apply via Dice today!Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.NOTE:This is an onsite position in Glendale, California.Senior UX/UI Designer One of our clients in Glendale, Los Angeles area is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with the following skills and experience:Top SkillsRequired:Advanced competency with Figma & FigJam.Experience creating detailed wireframes and design specifications.Familiarity with design thinking strategies (Jobs to be Done, object maps, discovery & research methods, etc.).Eagerness & ability to learn quickly.Attention to detail and drive to elevate the experience.Experience4-8 years of dedicated industry experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer.2+ years of experience working on an in-house design team.Experience with premium brands, including e-commerce.Proven track record of working with cross-functional product development teams to ship customer-facing digital products.Proficiency in defining and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.Experience creating products from a user-first design approach.Ability to build interactive prototypes and captivating presentations.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Requirements2-year college degree or equivalent (4-year college degree preferred).A portfolio showcasing impactful work is required.Preferred:Industry experience in solving complex interaction design problems.Advanced prototyping skills.Basic graphic design ability.Experience designing for WCAG Accessibility Standards.Industry experience working within design systems.Nice to Have:Experience with e-commerce design.Design research & analysis skills.Advanced graphic design skills.Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call for further information regarding the position.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
