Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Payroll ConsultantLocation: RemoteDuration: ContractJob Description:• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing of all employees in the EMEA region.• Partners with our ADP payroll vendor to ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations including withholding, reporting, and remittance.• Works with resources to provide system support, data analysis, customer issue resolution, and troubleshooting for Payroll at all levels.• Acts as point of escalation for internal and external customers ensuring effective handling and resolution of issues.• Collaborates with all applicable internal stakeholders.• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to payroll.• Ensures accurate and regular payroll audits.• Promotes a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Manages relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring they adhere to company SLAs.• Upholds the company s code of ethics and business conduct.Qualifications:• 5+ years experience in payroll• Strong knowledge of payroll and the laws and regulations within the countries of the EMEA region.• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Able to collaborate with a diverse team across many cultural backgrounds.VDart Group, a global leader in technology, product, and talent management, empowers businesses with comprehensive solutions through our four distinct, industry-leading business units.
