Role: Salesforce Lead/ArchitectKey Responsibilities• Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.• Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.• Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.• Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.• Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.• Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions.Salesforce Architect
