Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission• Lead multiple scrum teams dedicated to driving business objectives.• Guide and coach scrum teams on using Agile practices of self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and team goals and commitments.• Contribute to the growth of Agile practices throughout the organization.• Facilitate and participate in team scrum events, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of team deliverables.• Work with other scrum masters in a scaled scrum environment for continuous integration.• Work closely with the product owner on backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, and reporting of sprint progress and overall product goals.What we're looking for• 6 years or more experience leading scrum teams in an application development environment.• In-depth knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts. Scrum Master Certification(s) preferred.• Adept at refinement, estimation, velocity and capacity planning.• Skilled at reporting and communicating to the broader organization.• Experience in scaled scrum and coaching agile principles to the organization at large. Experience in Nexus and/or SAFe required.• Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly and concisely.What you should expect in this role• Fully Remote Opportunity• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)Note• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.• The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 08/31/2024.The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
