Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

The Digital Product Manager will lead a team of product managers and business analysts, driving digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence both internal leadership teams and external partners. Work Arrangement Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)Equipment: Company-provided laptopCore ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & LeadershipLead a team of Digital Product Owners and Business AnalystsDevelop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectivesEvaluate digital platforms and recommend strategic partnershipsDrive digital innovation initiatives for maximum business impactCreate and manage business cases for digital opportunitiesLead cross-functional teams in implementing digital strategiesCustomer & Market FocusIncorporate customer and employee feedback into product developmentMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunitiesConduct research to understand customer needs and digital banking trendsTrack and analyze performance metrics and KPIsPartner with Marketing on product positioning and promotionTechnical LeadershipPrioritize product requirements and coordinate release planningGuide complex project implementationsOversee business requirements documentation and technical specificationsLead system design sessions and prototype developmentEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standardsManage relationships with IT and Operations teamsTeam ManagementLead and develop a team of product managers and business analystsGuide documentation of business and technical requirementsOversee system testing and implementation processesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicationDrive continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s Degree10+ years of financial services experience5+ years of digital product experiencePeople management experienceOnline and mobile banking experienceStrong presentation and communication skillsExpertise in strategic planning and executionProven track record in product roadmap developmentExcellence in stakeholder managementProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelPreferredExperience with conversion implementationsDigital transformation project leadershipAgile methodology experienceKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and executionCross-functional leadershipStakeholder managementProblem-solving and analytical skillsTeam building and developmentChange managementInnovation mindsetOrganizational StructureReports to: Head of Digital StrategyManages: Team of Product Managers and Business AnalystsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $75 to $80/hr.
