This role is a 24 month contract,Job Description Summary• Are you motivated by using state of the art technologies?• Would you like to work on a team building industry leading solutions?• Do you want to create innovative solutions to challenging business problems• Are you motivated to be a part of driving a world beyond cash?• Enjoy a fast paced, start-up culture?Role:• Familiarity with IBM Tivoli Network Manager, including configuration of device discovery, SNMP traps and probes• Experience with a variety of enterprise storage and networking systems, and especially with Cisco equipment• Experience writing probe rules for IBM Netcool Omnibus• Ability to drive from customer monitoring requirements to a technical solution with minimal supervision.• Experienced in NcKL (Netcool Knowledge Library).All About You• * Strong inter-personal and communication skills.• *Self-starter that demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency related to the ask or needs of the business• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.• Ability to drive high-level business requirements to a finished software product with minimal supervision• *Ability to mentor and educate junior members of the team• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills• Solid understanding of networking concepts.• Solid knowledge of operating systems, infrastructure software, communications, computer hardware and peripherals.• Strong command of multi-platform OS, communication software and hardware, network, web infrastructure security software and application subsystems• Document processes, procedures and coordinate appropriate training/knowledge transferPrimary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
