This role involves wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating on high-fidelity designs that prioritize both aesthetic appeal and usability. You will be working fully remote supporting a federal agency.Senior UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:• Design and refine the customer interface to a restricted web presence to create a meaningful customer experience.• Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly design solutions for the restricted web presence including third party application integrations, secure data transfer system interface, and fulfillment interface.• Engage in continuous iteration based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics, ensuring that the website's design evolves to meet evolving user expectations.• Support 508 compliance.• Provide a bridge between design aesthetics and functional usability, contributing to the overall performance and user satisfaction of the digital platform.Senior UI/UX Designer Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in related field required.• 15+ years of UI/UX design experience is required.• Must have an active Secret clearance.This job is Fully Remote.Download the Sparks Group mobile app from or .Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
