Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking a UI/UX Designer.Summary:As an Intermediate UI/UX Designer at you will be a pivotal part of our large UX team, focusing on enhancing the user experience for our mobile application vertical. You will work collaboratively to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve taking complex requirements and translating them into user-friendly designs that align with our client's brand and strategic goals.Design and Implementation:• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for the platform• Create and iterate on user flows, screen layouts, and interactive elements to ensure a seamless user experience• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutionsCollaboration and Communication:• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, presenting your work and incorporating feedback from team members• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet quality standards• Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDesign Systems and Standards:• Contribute to the evolution of client design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across the mobile application vertical and other platforms• Adhere to design standards and best practices, while pushing for innovation and creativityREQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, UI Design or other related field• 2-5 years of UI/UX design experience preferably of Mobile Applications• 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools• Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns• Exceptional communication skills and ability to define requirements with usersThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
