Diesel Mechanic 2nd Shift

Our diesel mechanics/technicians are busy and productive. We believe in rewarding performance with a competitive wage plus financial incentives for productivity and continued education. It’s been our model for 90 years.

We are looking for two diesel mechanics/technicians to join our team in Carlisle, PA. Both positions are on second shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight. We pay a $5 per hour shift differential for working second shift! Your exact starting wage will be determined by documented work experience and/or education.

Primary responsibilities:

· Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection

· Document work in progress on computer system

· Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs

· Road test vehicle, if necessary.

Qualifications:

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

· Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

· PACCAR, Cummins, CAT, Thermo King, & ASE certifications a plus but not required

· Valid State Inspection License a plus but not required

· Valid CDL License preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
