Diesel Technician

Department: PRODUCTION

Reports To: GENERAL MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:

The MECHANIC duties include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair small gas and diesel engines, electric and hydraulic components
• Ability to communicate needed repairs back to Service Manager
• Ability to read manufacturer's schematics and diagrams
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Set up new equipment
• Install implements and attachments to equipment
• Work efficiently in a team environment
• Some Saturday shift work required during peak season
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tractor parts required.
• Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
