Parts Manager

Job Title: PARTS MANAGER

Department: PARTS

Reports To: GENERAL MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:

The PARTS MANAGER duties include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Oversee flow of parts in and out of the shop.
• Establish individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turn-over.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Orders parts for customers on special inventory.
• Works with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal or service jobs.
• Analyzes department operations and storage layout, revises as needed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure invoices are added when inventory is received.
• Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Partners with Service Department to ensure success of both departments.
• Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
• Assist in parts sales when needed.
