Schedule: Full-time

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week. From 6:00am to 6:30pm. Full availability required to include weekends and holidays.

The community you’ll be caring for: This is an on-site role. Not a remote position: AdventHealth Daytona Beach: 301 Memorial Medical Pkwy. Daytona Beach, FL 32117

The role you’ll contribute: The patient service representative is responsible for all aspects of the room service call center.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Obtains accurate patient diet order information and confirms order accuracy.

Communicates with the unit coordinator, nurse or Dietitian to clarify discrepancies.

Answers Call Center phone line promptly with excellent customer service phone skills.

Explains menu procedures to patients and assists patients in making diet compliant menu selections.

Demonstrates competency in all procedures within scope of practice, as appropriate regarding modified diets and for the ages of the patients served: child, adolescent, adult, geriatric.
