THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale our global sales efforts. You can choose to be based in our Singapore office or work remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings or key business events. This is a hands-on role where you will drive new business growth across the USA, Europe, and Asia, while overseeing a team of Account Executives. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Customer Success to optimize the sales process and achieve business goals.

You’ll take charge of growing our business across the USA, Europe, and Asia while managing a talented team of Account Executives. You’ll lead by example, mentoring your team and ensuring everyone is aligned with our global sales strategy. Think you have the savvy to refine our structured sales process in HubSpot and keep those metrics on track? You’ll also work closely with Marketing to create a robust pipeline of leads! Your analytical mindset will spot trends and opportunities for continuous improvement while fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
