About this Position
The Digital Analyst is responsible for supporting internal teams with reporting & visualizations to drive decision-making. The role collaborates closely with marketing and product teams, as well as development and DBA teams to identify KPIs, implement necessary tracking solutions, and design informative reports for internal end-users. The Digital Analyst will leverage a variety of data sources and formats, including Power BI, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Dynatrace, first party databases, and excel/csv files.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $55K - $70K
This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:

Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboard using Power BI desktop

Identify data sources & business rules needed to create data models
-
Connect data sources and transform data for business intelligence

Design informative reports & visuals for internal end-users
-
Manage administration and permissions of Power BI reports across Power BI Service & Report Server

Collaborate with internal teams to identify KPIs & with development teams to implement tracking solutions

Understand product goals & features and translate to relevant KPIs

Work with development & DBA teams to determine best tracking solution & implementation plan
-
Document tracking & report requirements

Implement Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager & surface data trends

Manage the Google Analytics properties & Google Tag Manager containers
-
Configure tags, triggers, and user properties across Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

Assist with QA of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics implementation

Build dashboards for product team use, leveraging Looker Studio & Power BI tools
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or other related fields

Data mining and analysis experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with data visualization/dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Visual communication skills to present and explain insights

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively with different people in development and marketing fields
