This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A Digital Customer Success Manager who is responsible for providing proactive adoption support to a portfolio of customers at scale. You’ll work directly with Success leadership to build and execute the processes that automate the customer journey, using tools and technology to deliver email campaigns, custom training webinars, and delivering new content. The Digital Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Digital Customer Success Managers:
  • Develop plans that ensure that customers are successfully adopting our platform that align to their business needs at scale.
  • Find new opportunities to implement 1:many programs and tactics that can effectively enable customer value and results in a repeatable and scalable way
  • Identify trends for common customer challenges and actively suggest ways to address them, providing insights to internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Engineering.
  • Test and iterate on Scale program ideas and track results based on common customer positive business outcomes
  • Evaluate churn and down-sell risk trends to drive retention at scale throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Align customers with the enablement resources to drive adoption
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2-5 yrs. direct and verifiable digital or Scaled Customer Success, Onboarding, Success Operations, or Project Management experience for a SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience in Onboarding, Success, Marketing Operations, or Project Management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Customer Success Platforms (Gainsight, Catalyst, Totango, etc.) or BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and influence stakeholder decision making
  • Experience leading 1:many meetings, training and monitoring user engagement to intervene proactively.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, project prioritization, and a strong ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $65,000 and $84,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
